By accessing or using BTi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
BTi is a subscription-based software platform providing:

AI-generated analysis
investment research tools
for informational and decision-support purposes only.
BTi does not provide:
investment advice
financial advice
tax advice
legal advice
brokerage services
portfolio management
trade execution
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must:
be at least 18 years old
have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BTi is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access BTi, you must create an account.
You agree to:
provide accurate and complete information
keep your credentials secure
not share your account with others
not create multiple accounts
You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
BTi operates on a subscription basis (monthly and annual plans).
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
Pricing may change at any time
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
5.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. REFUND POLICY
You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription (“money-back guarantee”)
After 7 days, no refunds are provided
If your account is terminated by BTi for breach of these Terms, BTi may issue a pro-rata refund at its sole discretion for the unused portion of the subscription
7. PERMITTED USE
BTi is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content
resell or sublicense the platform or its outputs
use BTi to provide services to third parties
publish BTi outputs in newsletters, social media, courses, or paid content
scrape, extract, or harvest data
reverse engineer or attempt to replicate the platform
use automated systems or bots to access BTi
8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
BTi may suspend or terminate your account if you:
violate these Terms
engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
attempt to bypass system limitations
perform scraping or data extraction
share accounts
initiate chargebacks
interfere with the platform’s integrity or security
9. AI AND DATA DISCLAIMER
BTi uses artificial intelligence and third-party data sources.
Accordingly:
outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
AI-generated content may contain errors
market data may be delayed or incorrect
You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.
10. NO ADVICE DISCLAIMER
All content provided by BTi is for informational purposes only.
BTi does not:
recommend specific investments
provide personalised advice
act as an advisor or fiduciary
make any solicitation or offer to buy or sell securities
Any decisions you make are entirely your responsibility.
11. FINANCIAL RISK DISCLOSURE

12. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights in BTi are owned by Black Tango LTD, including:
software and platform architecture
algorithms and scoring systems
AI models and logic
data structures and outputs
branding and design
No rights are granted except for a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform.
14. USER FEEDBACK AND TESTIMONIALS
By submitting feedback, reviews, or testimonials, you grant BTi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish such content for marketing and business purposes.
15. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of BTi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
BTi is provided “as is” and “as available”
we make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose
we are not liable for any losses, including financial losses, arising from your use of the platform
Your use of BTi is entirely at your own risk.
17. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms.
You may stop using BTi at any time by cancelling your subscription.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
